What are some clues that my ex will come back to me if I don’t talk to her. What are some aspects of a relationship bring girls back to guys.
We had a great relationship, she broke up because she said it was too serious and she had to experience more out of life and needed space. Prior to this, she was in love with me.

If you want your ex girlfriend back then the first step is to make contact with her again. Ask her out to do something fun and casual, something you both enjoy doing. Don’t make a big deal out of it and don’t talk about the relationship while you’re out with her.
The idea is to let her reconnect with that original positive energy that attracted her to you in the first place without feeling any "seriousness" or pressure from you.
Also, remember that girls are attracted to guys that appear confident, emotionally strong and independent. You can let her know you still care and are open to getting back together, but don’t do it in a way that comes across as needy or desperate.

If she was honest when she said that, then it meant she thought you were holding her back from finding true happiness. You don’t want to be the one she settled for or maybe she’ll find out later that no one else makes her happier. You should find someone that treats you like number one. It’s the best feeling in the world. She’s an ex for a reason.
She will call you maybe not as often like she did but she will.
She will be interested is how your life is going, such as friends, family, school, your self.
She flirts with you like she did before.
She wont really talk to much guys as much as she does for you.
She tells you things she doesn’t tell anyone else.
Ways to get her back…
You can’t really MAKE her come back to you. The most you can do is make her think she wants to come back.
All you can really do is talk to her, see how her life is going.
Be interested in her.
Help her.
Keep her laughing and smiling.
Every time you see her tell her she’s beautiful!
Just be a sweet guy to her. And she will think "Wow, he is so sweet. He must want to be with me more then anyone and actually cares about me."
You don’t want to move so fast, maybe send her some flowers with a little card saying something sweet that she can think about and every time she does she smiles! =)

To the first question, I would say that there’s no such thing as a definite sign. Even if they come to you and tell you that they have changed and have a new view on life and would be interested in trying it again with you, there’s no way of knowing that they are really back or just visiting.
To the second sortof question, I would say, she got what she ‘thought’ she wanted out of you but then realized what she really wanted was a drive-by romance. Don’t look back. Don’t ‘hold out’. She sounds really flaky. She has proved that she’s not the kind of girl you need. If she comes back, give her a chance, don’t your best but don’t just ‘expect’ things to work out and don’t blame yourself if they don’t. Take care.
