my ex an di broke up 3 and half months ago
i asked for the break because of misunderstandings
we both have a lot of pride and also had communication problems
since our break up he has kept in touch
he asked me if you can ever fix something that is broken.
he even took me out on a date a month ago
it was sweet and low key
no sex
he and i have both been busy with major stress
work family moving etc
and now things are calming down on his side
he just moved last week and keeps calling 4 times a week.
just to chat but he also does flirt….
we also had serious conversation taht it upset him that i constantly talked about all the men who had crushes on me while were dating
so he and i have deep discussions but also he still flirts
he also ends th ecalls calling me ‘love’ half the time
he’ll say goodnight love or love sweet dreams
are these signs he wants me back ?
i do tell him i want him back but he said he isnt certain of me and trusting me because I dated one of male friends who had a crush on me the whole time we were dating just 3 weeks after we broke up
i think he has deep feelings but is afraid of giving over that power to me again.

I think no… I think that he still loves you and wants you to love him back, that’s why he says all of those things like goodnight love. But he isn’t looking to try to get you back I don’t think, he wants to be friends but still remember the days of when you two were in love.

well it goes both ways he could want you back cause as you said he’s flirting and calling you love and calling you 4 times a week. if he didn’t want you back or wasn’t thinking like that he wouldn’t call 4 times a week and calling you love friends don’t do that but then again maybe he was used to calling you love or something and maybe he flirts and doesn’t realize he’s doing it is he usually a flirt and if he is then don’t think about it like that but if he is then yes he wants you back
