we dated for 3 weeks, broke up, and now i like her again…and i would like to have her as my girlfriend again..how?

YOU DON’T if you broke u then it was probably for a good reason. It only lasted 3 weeks it wasn’t meant to be. Just move on you could fix the problem and ask her out again, but if she saids no say ok and leave do harass her about it.
