It is possible to hold those emotions for a long time. However, once you let it go, and I know that that is hard to do, you'll be better for it. Also, you can't make yourself love someone. It justs happens. Give yourself some time. I believe that there is a right moment in time for everything. When your moment comes, you'll be ready for it. Yes, you hurt and you have every right to be sad, mad, and even pitiful. However it will not help, you won't get better until you stop it and find some thing else to focus on. It's hard to love, especially after you feel you've lost the best thing in your life. But, it's not impossible to keep going and it's not impossible to find it again! You need to quit telling yourself that you have lost the ability and get out there, keep looking and believe you will find it again. I promise you that you will succeed!!!!!!!!!!!
