I consider myself a Republican, but only because I have slightly more core beliefs fall in line with the republican platform as opposed to the democrat one. The fact that I am conservative in nature would not exclude me from voting for a democrat. Who really cares if Bill Clinton get freaky with interns or Larry Craig likes gay sex in men's rooms. Do they truly represent their constituents is all I care about.
