What is really being said is, you get on my nerves and can't stand being around you anymore. As odd as that sounds, he is doing you a favor. If he got on your nerves and you fell out of love, would you feel obligated to stay in the relationship? Who really knows all the factors of why folks call it quits in a relationship, and it could take a long time to find something equal or better and there is a chance one could be an old maid.
