How Can I Get My Ex-Girlfriend Back?
I really need someone’s help! My Ex is still having troubles getting over her other Ex who is with another girl. They dated for 1 year and 9 months….She even lost her virginity to him! And on the other hand she likes someone else. I asked her out and she said yes, but she didn’t really seem to like me. I’ve dated her before she dated her other Ex and now we are dating again but she can’t get over her other Ex….so I dumped her.(I know HARSH) But now I’m asking for her back and all she can say is "I don’t know". When I asked her why she said yes when I asked her out all she said was "I don’t know". She said we were moving to fast. But she told me she had strong feelings for me. I’m Confused…… But I can’t get over her. I love her so much.

Getting back together with your ex girlfriend is not the easiest task.
Nevertheless if you decide you and her are meant to be together its achievable.
Here are some suggestions — assuming, of course, that you want the girl back:
1. Don’t get too jealous. Remember, jealousy is an emotion and typically refers to the negative thoughts and feelings of insecurity, fear, and anxiety over an anticipated loss of something that the person values, such as a relationship, companionship, or love.
2.Leave Her Alone. Give her some space to think about the relationship. If you had a great relationship, she’ll feel that she misses you and will try to get back to you.
3.Disconnect all communication. This is tough and it will be killing you, but really it’s killing her more. She’s starting to understand how much she needs you and how much she misses you. Cutting off communication is the biggest step.
4.Recover Emotionally. You don’t have a chance of getting your ex back if you’re not emotionally calm and controlled. Women dislike needy, clingy, desperate men – so you need to pull your own life together before attempting to draw her back into it. Just be calm and collected about the whole situation, and make your life happier. Going for jogging or to the gym will make you feel better too.
5.Start talking to another. This helps for many reasons. This will probably be too much for your ex. She will find out that you’re talking to this girl, and it will get her back to you. Use with carefulness as it may give the wrong signals, such as a sign that she should move on because you have a new girlfriend.
6.Act like nothing is wrong. She’s not going to want you back if you’re acting depressed. Make sure you’re laughing a lot and appear as if you are having a good time. This is so hard because of the break up depression.
7.Look your best. Make sure your acne is gone, you get yourself shaped up, and looking positive. She won’t be able to resist.
8.Build up confidence.
9.If you want to get her back, then you need to be the Alpha male. Get back the confidence you had earlier when you just began dating her.
In my opinion a good guideline from a book is always practical for making up with your ex.

She does know and the answer is NO. Leave her in her pining little world. She will never ever ever ever ever want you in the way you want her to want you. She wants the boy she cant have, she wants abuse. She will never choose happiness and therefore she will never choose you. SORRY your instincts were right (not harsh) to break up with her in the first place. You are going to make some girl very happy, just not her.

just let her alone. if she comes back it was worth the wait, if she doesnt then you know it wasnt meant to be. the ball is in her court now.
It sounds like too many issues. She needs to move on and so do you. I wouldn’t work too much with her. If a guy is in love with someone else and I date them, I always end up getting hurt the worst. Because they never really felt for me. So you should wait. Comfort her. But refuse to date her till she’s over him. If she feels like she’s moving fast. She’s worried about getting hurt again. So remember- be a friend that’s there for her. That’s what she needs. Not a lover at the moment. She couldn’t handle it.

Tough to swallow I know. It’s ok if it bothers you, but don’t let it show and don’t call her out on it. Remember, you are not together anymore, and you don’t have any right to tell her what to do.

Being Flexible Is Very Important
Do not be that stereotypical angry ex. Do not throw out their stuff or demand for them to come pick up their stuff right now. Rather be flexible, easy-going and understanding. A person who doesn’t take things too seriously is an attractive quality in itself. It may inspire your ex girlfriend to start communicating with you again faster then you might think.
