You don’t. You get on with your life. You cut your losses with both your ex-boyfriend and your ex-best friend. They are not people whom you should want to be friends with because of what they are doing. This boy does not love you. If he did, he wouldn’t be with someone else. This girl is not your best friend. If she was, she would not be with your ex. Look for better friends.

it may take time but u will get over him. while you are waiting get revenges, be mean! make up story about them, get into a fight with her, damage his things! But whatever u do don’t get back with him. Think about the pain he caused u, if he loved u he would not being hurting u!
Better question why would you want either one of them to be part of your life. You may have loved him a lot and thought of her as your best friend but neither one thought anything of you hun. Respect yourself enough to not enable them to treat you that way. First time shame of them second time shame on you. Ask yourself just what your worth, because if you dont think highly of yourself, how could you possibly think anyone else could or would!
