I have often wondered why people will waste an entire vote for national office on something as simple as gay marriage. It's one of those issues that, if it has nothing to do with you (ie, you're straight) it has nothing to do with you. Yet many people in this country have voted against their own economic and social self-interest because something was framed as a "family value". The Neo-cons have been extraordinarily good at framing issues in a way that brings them votes. Watch the speech from The American President where he talks about how to win elections. Take care. No one is perfect and people like you need to step and help better this world instead of printing the garbage in your Question/statement. Find a way to better your world and think for ourselves No one has ever held a gun to my head and said be like them! I think the only reason that anyone is really concerned about them and what they are doing is because they are in the sight of Public if these people were not, you wouldn't care what any of them did.Also you say your not bashing the republicans,then why did you not mention democrats?
