She refuses all baby foods now? Will she ever eat them again?
My daughter is 5 months old. She started jarred foods when she was 4 months with her ped’s approval. When she first started solids she loved every kind I gave her and I couldn’t shovel them in fast enough! Anyways for about a week now she absolutley refuses every single kind. I know she gets all her nutrition from her formula right now but will she ever accept her baby food again? If not, will just be able to drink formula until she’s able to eat table food?

Keep offering it to her – she will eventually decide to eat them again. Until then keep up with the formula and don’t worry about it too much. They all go through these kinds of phases, especially if they are teething or something like that.
Their tastes change so frequently, its not something to be too concerned about. Try formula for a little while or sweeter things like fruit purees. You can re-introduce the others again later. Just remember, your baby will not starve herself…she will always let you know when shes hungry or not satisfied!
She’s still a month younger than the minimum recommended age to start solids. I would back right off and go back to all milk until she’s six months. You seem to be under some impression that "baby food" is some special nutritional stage in between milk and table food. It isn’t – it’s just table food mashed up small with extra liquid added. As far as her digestive system is concerned they are exactly the same.
Except in a few specialised medical cases (and I can’t imagine you’d be on here asking if those applied) you can do your baby no harm at all by not giving them early solids, and you _can_ do harm by giving them. If a five month old doesn’t want solids, don’t give her any!
Maybe she wants something new. Offer her table foods like mash potatoes, ask your ped, when i asked mine he said to go ahead.
