How to get rid of my troublesome sister in law and save my marriage?
She seems to have psychic problems which is the reason for her divorce I strongly believe. She is creating trouble at home and spoiling my relationship with my Husband and parents in law and portraying me bad in front of the world. And my husband, being an emotional brother is not able to send her out of the house , to live with her parents who stay in another city. My marriage is at the verge of breaking because of this. What should I do? I am not able to withstand the emotional trauma.

If you feel that your marriage is at stake, then in your mind either way it’s going to end. It’ll end if you don’t say something about or if will end if you do and get your husband upset!
SO, I say you do!! You have nothing to lose if you give your husband an ultimatum.
INSIST on the following two things:
1. She get mental counseling!
If she says she is not crazy then she should be working and in her own place and inthat case
2. SHE stay ONLY on the basis that she will get a job if she doesn’t have one and move out!!! BE VERY specific with your husband on this and make a date on when she needs to be gone by.
If she’s not gone by then, PACK YOUR OWN BAG AND MOVE OUT!! Even if you don’t want to, go to your parents or friend’s house for a couple of days. Your husband doesn’t want to lose you and sometimes you have to play hardball.
If you don’t want to do what I suggested I say go on Dr. Phil. I am not kidding. He’ll probably give you the same advice.
Well don’t put yourself in the middle of it . It’s your husbands problem , it would be nice if you could somehow make them fight , not being mean , but you and your sister-in -law are the focus , bow out don’t deal with her if he’s arguing with her then he will see it in a different way and get ride of her , take it off you and her . Don’t sit and talk bad about her that only makes him defend her. If it gets to bad just say , to your husband it;s me or her. Case closed and mean what you say. He probably loves you a lot more than you think , you have power too, use it . Make him do something about it , and you bow out completely.
