My 2 years old feral cat only likes me when she's in heat. If I get her spayed will she ever be nice again?
I have a sweet feral kitty she is always nice. But she is very nervous and skidish most of the time. She will sit and sleep next to me until I move then she freaks out and runs. Except when she’s in heat. Then she is very friendly, loving and wants me to pet her all the time. I’m afraid if I get her spayed she’ll hate me and never come out from under the bed again.

She should adjust. Once she’s spayed her hormones won’t be all over the place, so she may very well be nicer more of the time.
actually, if you get her fixed, she should mellow out, and become even more affectionate. At least that is my experience, and I have had an excess of 5 female kitties over the past thirty years.
I also think she would be a much better cat if spayed. And you do not want kittens to try to find homes for:) Good luck!
There is no way to know for sure how she will react to being fixed, however the benefits of the spaying far out weigh any affection that may be lost. (She will be much healthier and have a reduced and or eliminated risk or several severe diseases and cancer by having the surgery.) I am sure she will adjust and will probably become more affectionate towards you. If nothing else she will be less skittish. Also it is not necessarily true that fixed cats become lazy and gain a lot of weight, as my 2yo female still weighs the same she did before the surgery, almost a year ago, and is just as playful as ever, maybe even more so since she is not trying to get out and find a mate all the time anymore.
Don’t be afraid to get you cat spayed, she will still be a loving kitty, getting her spayed even will make her better. Trust me 9 cats all either are the same or even better after I got them spayed and neutered.
