How do you get your ex-girlfriend back? My friend needs help!?

   Break ups can be a hard thing to get by, but he must never get depressed and lose faith.  The first thing he needs to do is give her the space she needs.  I am not talking about 1 or 2 days, but he needs to give her 3-4 weeks.  He should not have any contact with her during that month. 

   The thing is with women is that they need to be shown appreication in order for them to loved in any relationship.  Women are so much more loyal than men, and usually are loyal from day 1.  What leads to break ups is when the women no longer feels this appreciation from her man.  She will then look else for someone else that can appreciate her the way she wants.
    
   To answer your question, if it has been less than a month since the break up, I would recommend your friend doing nothing.  If he is going to be there when she shows up, all he should do is smile, say hello, and avoid any in depth conversations.
    
   If it has been more than a month already, then I would recommend a more  in depth conversation.  He needs to be fun, out going, but he does not want to show that he is still interested in her.  The goal is to make her come back to you and feel as if she has been missing out during the time they were separated.  He should also give her subtle clues that he was and still is very appreciative of her and everything she has to offer.  I am not saying sweet talk to her death or buy her a dozen roses, but you need to be creative and be yourself. 
    
   She is not going to care about flowers at this point.  She would much rather find and have a man that is fun and sticks out from the rest!
