I'm sorry you are so sad and everything. Id say she does have feelings for you, esp since she just randomly called you on ur bday to wish you happy birthday!?! It sounds like right now she is very confused and probally misses you as much as you miss her. Ud be amazed at how much girls think about a guy they really love and miss!!! I think give her time to really think things out for herself, and i also think when u feel the time is right, you should tell her how you feel. Honesty really is the best policy.
