Question for the ladies out there: Is texting your ex back 2 days later a game?
My ex sounded like she was having some problems after I met up with her recently (most notably being lonely), so I invited her to hang out sometimes, especially since she’ll be returning to her home country in less than a year. She didn’t text me back until two days later though, (and I’m sure she got it earlier), so do you think that means she’s playing a game?

It could be… but she also could have been genuinely busy.
Especially if she’s having some problems like you mentioned above, she could be experiencing some form of depression (which often hinders your ability to get out of bed, return messages, etc.)
You would really know better than any of us on Y!A. Is she the type to play games? It also depends on the response once she did indeed text back.
Some people don’t have their phones attached to them every second of the day. I am one of these people. Yes, I will admit, when it’s on me, I am sometimes an SMS banshee, but other times, I will forget about it completely and fail to return messages in a timely manner.
Don’t read too much into it! Especially if you’re only trying to be her friend. Does it really matter that she didn’t get back to you right away?
Sounds to me like you might still have lingering feelings… if so, you have a lot to consider. I would recommend squashing these if possible, since she’s moving back to her home country, as you mentioned.

Why would she text you back after 2 days? I know my phone does weird stuff sometimes and i dont get txt messages etc. You would think that she wouldn’t have txt at all. If she wants to be with you…she will let you know, you won’t question it.
