anyway, there is no way to get skinny fast, no matter what the ads say. There is always hard work involved. At age 12, weight should not be your main goal. I don’t know your life, so i cant offer any tips.

I am 5’4" and 180 pounds. I am not going to change to be like a star I see on tv. I may lose some weight for my health, but i never want to be completely skinny.
be active, puch your self, and most importantly, dont have any snacks in your room! dont starve yourself though! thats bad for you.

Honestly, don’t be obsessed about your weight. Just eat right and exercise. Coming from someone who’s suffered with an eating disorder, it doesn’t do you any good to be comparing yourself with someone else. Just be happy with you! Miley Cyrus has her own issues…. Loosing weight to look like Miley Cyrus won’t inhance or improve your life… As cheesy as it sounds, just be happy with who you are!
Ok I’m 15 and I know who Miley Cyrus is because my sisters watch Disney Channel and I sometimes watch with them. I’m Miley’s age and I’m pretty skinny. I got this way from making myself stay active by playing lots of sports and trying to run around constantly. Now what most people will tell you is "Oh your perfect the way you are don’t think your not" Don’t listen to them. If you tell a fat person that they are skinny they will continue with their bad habits and it could cause them health problems later in life. What you should try and do is this. Try not to eat ANY candy for a month. Drink 4 bottles of water a day. Every meal that you have you should try and eat healtheir. Eat more carrots and apples instead of chips or things like that. Most importantly DO NOT DRINK SODA. Good luck trying to become healthier try this for a month and let me know how it goes.

That babe is just beauitful, I mean mostly all seems to think she is not to clever but that’s just an act, it does take some skills to become one of the most famous people in the world.

Your 12, you aren’t going to be finished getting taller until you are about 17, who knows? maybe it will all jut even itself out with a few inches, but until then just walk to your friends house instead of getting a ride from mom and dad or play outside, maybe start a sport of some kind! There are lots of ways for you to get fit!
Just have a little faith and motivation and it will all fall into place.

Miley Cyrus is 17, there and has pretty much finished growing into a woman, and she probably has a lot of people hired to help watch her weight. You’re not there yet Chickie, and don’t be in such a rush to grow up!

Hi Sweetheart , you should not worry about your weight at all. I bet you are beautiful and thank you so much for wanting to look like me but you should look like you and no one else. Thats important. The way to lose weight last is:
1. eat six meals a day. Three regular meals ( Breakfast , Lunch , Dinner) , and in between , eat little snacks. NO JUNK FOOD! Eat food such as fruits, veggys, drink water, and exercise for like 15 minutes. Almonds are good for you. Eight almonds is what I eat. Its great for you.
2. I drink ALOT of water. I, to be honest , drink more then 9 cups a day. You should try that. Not all at once of course , but every half or hour.
3. Exercise. I do warm ups such as jumping jacks , sits up etc. Run a mile a day on tredmil or by foot. Which ever one you prefer.
4. My trainer gave me these tips. I gained weight and I lost weight. This is going to change..going to HAVE to change your WHOLE EATING!You will lose 10 pounds in just three days , and it works perfectly.

I think it’s awesome that you do care about your weight at such an early age, just don’t go overboard about the caring.
Like others have said, there is no easy way to lose weight fast. It is unhealthy, and the excess skin is really gross.
I used to be quite a chubby child at one point, and I know how hard it is to lose weight. One sport I took up: Running. Since you can run anywhere, it’s great to take up. Running can also boost your metabolism (Like any sport) and you’ll be pretty fit. =)
Don’t start out rough, though, like trying to run 1 mile a day. Go at your own pace and jog until you start feeling really tired, but remember to push yourself. If you don’t push it, you won’t make progress. Another thing is you have to eat healthy, which means don’t over eat and lay off the junk food. A great tasting snack to eat is Devils Food (50 calories and 0 fat. =) )
If you keep this up, you can be where you want to be in no time.
Just don’t get too thin, because that’s also unhealthy. =)

But just do the usual. And if your not happy with your weight workout. Get a personal trainer your still young.. and as you get older those pounds shred off your still growing ! Soo give it some time
Like if you watch family channel, my sister does.. and Sweet Life OF ZACK N CODY .. example Zack when he was younger he was a little chubby if you noticed but the new show ” Sweet Life On Deck ” He grew up and those pounds shreded soo just give it some time
