i gave my dog away about 3 months ago to a lady.. she was not responsible and he got lost. a lady found him …at the time i was moving and was not sure if i could keep him..we verbally agreed that she would try it out and let me know if he was doing ok.. she agreed to let me see him 1 a week until we saw he was doing… one month went by and she would not call me back… 2 months later she tells me he is ok.. i told her i wanted to see him.. she said ok call me … another month went by … i finally told her this was not going to work out for me.. neighbors or hers told me she doesnt even take him out for walks.. and at the beginning she told me she was a stay home mom and that she home schooled her children. She admitted to working fulltime and her children going to school.. i feel so bad .. i want him back.. he is registered to me and this lady doesnt want to give him back… Any legal advice..
she is a liar and i know there is something wrong if he was doing so good why would she not let me see him..
