How to bring him back to life?
A very dear person. 72 yearsof age. He’s physically fit, atleast that’s what the doctor says. He doesn’t walk, watch TV, read or practically do anything except eating. He’s got a fear too deep seated that something will happen to him if he goes out of the house. His body is losing strength and he pants even when he walks a step. I’ve seen people of his age leading a normal life. I’m worried, what to do?

Unless he wants to see a doctor who is willing to prescribe him anxiety meds for agoraphobia, there is nothing you can do.
You cant really do nothing =( that is my opinion. all you can do really is be there for that person. sorry i cant help
This sounds like a job for ‘EFT’, "Emotional Freedom Techniques", founded by Gary Craig.—It isn’t that he just won’t leave his house, if he isn’t doing anything except eat!

If he is afraid to go out of the house and has secluded himself this is not something that will go away. Especially at his age.
Might I suggest a hobby, such as wood-working? Or another hobby is good. He can buy his supplies online if he has a computer. Ceramic painting is another idea.
Buy him a kit for some hobby for Christmas and you can do it together maybe. He can sell the finished product on ebay or give it to a kid.
If he does not have a computer, he needs one. He can reach out without going out of the house and it will expand his world considerably.
He has a very common fear that if he does indeed get up dear that he will #1 fall.. and also sounds as if he may be a hypochondriac and that is never good. Best way to get him to get up is TURN DOWN THE HEATER.
…. he must get up. Turn off the tv.. put the remote about ten feet away.. I am a nurse have been working with the elderly a very long time dear. Good Luck!
I think this would be great for EFT as mentioned. MY only concern is does HE want to leave the house, or do you want him to leave the house?
With EFT I’d suggest you work on your own fears about him. For this you can use EFT on yourself. When you change, he’ll change.
You could start, Even though I’m afraid, he’ll XXXX (die), I deeply and completely love, forgive and accept myself.
Even though I’m afraid, he’ll “my fear”, I deeply and completely love, forgive and accept myself.
Good Luck
