I have been dating this girl for a few months. I have heard a bunch of stuff from her "best friend". She told me that this girl was dating another guy and that she was moving on from me and she didnt even want me. I texted her and said i think we should be friends, and there is another girl. She freaked and asked what she did wrong and if there was anything she could do to get me back.

I told her i still liked her but i didnt want to get hurt and that if she likes other guys we should move on. I also told her that ive asked her to be my girlfriend and she was unsure and i was scared she was going to hurt me. She said she was waiting for me to ask again but its too late now. So i find out that from one of her friends that her best friend likes me and they have been fighting over me for a week now. I told her i was sorry i jumped to conclusions. she flipped about the other girl thing tho. I told her some random girl and said that i can go back to it being all about u if your willing to forgive me. she said she didnt know.

Later, she texted me and asked who told me all of the lies and i named off about 3 of her friends. I said i was sorry and that i wanted her back. she said dont appoligise and was quite unpleasent until she stopped texting me.

I have no idea what to do. I really like this girl and I blew it because of a fight that i didnt even know about. I want to get her back. I think the fact that she texted me asking me whats up is a good sign. But the fact she was so pissed wasnt. I need help and ideas. please!
