Totally replace the leaking part before it gives way fully, if it does you will lose ALL braking ability.
It is a bad "wheel cylinder" seal. The most facile way to repair is to change or have changed, that wheel cylinder.
My old 93 F150 has drum brakes on rear and is doing the exact same thing.
your wheel cylinder is bad you will need to replace it best to do both as the other will go bad soon then bleed brake system starting with right rear because it is the farthest away from master cylinder then left rear, right front and finish with left front when replacing wheel cylinder take both tires off and drums but only fix one at a time this will give you a pattern to look at when putting together
you have a bad wheel cylinder, I would have both wheel cylinders replaced along with the rear brake pads and have the brake fluid flushed out of the system and replaced with new fluid as it sounds like there is moisture in the old brake fluid and it corroded the wheel cylinders.
