Is Tiger crazy to quit golf to save his marriage?
Tiger told Elin he will do anything to save their marriage. Elin said he must quit golf until he regains her trust and the children are old enough to tag along as Elin watches over Tiger on tour. Is he crazy?

Elin and Tiger don’t have a marriage. They have, for the time being, "anarrangement."
In my opinion, the marriage of Elin Nordegren and Tiger Woods is over. They will probably announce an impending divorce within a month or two. There is no amount of money that can restore the trust that has been shattered by Tiger’s reckless behavior.
If Elin insists that she and the children accompany Tiger whenever he plays in a tournament away from home or, particularly, that he give up golf completely, she will be putting him in an impossible position. Tiger is a golfer. He was raised from an early age to play golf. He is certainly the best player in the world today and is arguably the best golfer of all time. Tiger is a great ball striker, which is necessary to be a good golfer. But it is his focus, his powers of concentration, that have made him a great golfer. If Elin follows him around the country and around the world, not to watch his play on the golf course, but to watch his “play” after hours, he will not be able to concentrate. His scores will soar and he will be lucky to finish tournaments in the top 10. Winning will be all but impossible.
Elin has reportedly told Tiger to choose between golf and her. There is only one choice he can make: Golf.
Tiger will never be a faithful husband or a doting father. That’s just not the way he is. He was having affairs when he and Elin were engaged and when she was pregnant with their children. She will never forget or forgive his behavior, and paying her millions of dollars to play the faithful wife is only going to make matters worse. If my wife was following me around to monitor my behavior, I would quickly become resentful. I would soon learn to hate her and I would then divorce her. If I am going to be accused, I might as well be guilty.
I think she is the crazy one for cutting off the cash flow in his prime!
I don’t understand any of this. She’s NEVER going to trust him EVER again. He should get over it and move on.
Emotions are pretty high right now, if that is what she really wants now, she could change her mind after she cools off.
He’ll be back on the golf course once his injuries heal up. Elin is not going to cut off the cash cow.

Tiger will be back to cheating on her as soon as the glare of the spotlight dims some. He’ll even be sneaker next time. That’s just the kind of guy he is.

That is a false story about Elin asking Tiger to give up golf.
Personally, I think their marriage is done, beyond repair. Maybe she could forgive 1 affair, and
they could mend their relationship. But, with a dozen or so, there is no way. She would be
crazy to stay with the prick.
Let me clear things up. He is NOT quitting golf FOREVER. He is putting it "aside" until he can get his marriage back on track. He can play again when he earns his wife’s trust back or when his kids are old enough to travel with him. You have to realize this will not effect tiger woods, because he is a billionaire. After this is all over, everyone will forget he ever cheated.
The media are taking this out of proportion and it is ridiclious. Yes what tiger did was wrong, but he deserves a second chance. His wife is basically testing him to see if he will truly give up golf to save there marriage for the sake of the 2 kids. This is a good idea, to see if he is willing to change.
ONCE AGAIN, HE WILL NOT BE QUITTING GOLF FOREVER.

2. Why would he be crazy to do so? He’s got almost a billion dollars and he doesn’t have to play, let alone work, for the rest of his life.
