Remember back in the day: What was your fav ice cream to buy from the ice cream man?
In the US, I loved bomb pops (still do!). When I lived overseas, I always got a Spaghetti eis from the Italian ice cream man. He would put ice cream in a spaghetti maker and it would make strings of ice cream. He would top it with strawberry sauce for the tomato sauce and some coconut for the parmesan. In London,I used to get a ‘pop-eye’ it was a cone of whipped vanilla ice cream with a popsicle on a stick, stuck right in too.

in Turkey we have an ice cream known as Roman Ice cream. I think it’s thickened with molasses but you can’t taste it so all you get is the ice cream flavor and the chewiness.
