Is it easier to marry a British Citizen here in the US where we will reside, or in England and bring him back?
My boyfriend is a Brisith citizen and we wnat to get married as quick as possible to get him back in the US. Is it quicker or easier to marry in England and then bring him over to the US. How do we go about doing this?

If he already has a visa to travel and enter into the US legally have him come and do the process here.
You can either get a fiancee visa and bring him here to get married or go there and get married ..you come back and then file for a spousal visa…they both will require that you wait in the states while the visa is approved. This can take some time and expense. The fiancee visa is generally the fastest way with it taking 6 – 12 months. The spousal visa can take 12 plus months. After you are approved for the fiancee visa you b/f can come to the states and you have to be married within 90 days..then the rest of the paperwork can be finished while he is in the states with you…good luck
