Sometimes jealousy can prevent us for noticing the small sweet and loving aspects that really matter. Imagine a warm and soft hand stroking your cheek and soft lips that kiss your forehead.

These small details forms the actual basis for real and passionate love. It is not only the time you spend together, or how often you are having sex. Love is so much more than that.

But let’s say for instance your boyfriend goes on a business trip together with one of the sweet girls at his work, and the destination is a romantic place at a hotel with dinner in the evening.  Then it may be difficult not to give it a thought that something might happen. You imagine your boyfriend drinking wine with this girl, for in the later hours to end up in bed with her in that gorgeous hotel room.

All of us have heard stories like these, but all that you hear is not necessarily  going to happen to you. I would like to tell you that it simply is not possible, but I can’t do that. Cheating happens in even the best of relationships, and if you have been unfaithful yourself, you are most likely to believe that your boyfriend is doing the exact same thing.  If you really love him and break up with him because of your jeaolusy, you’ll end up wondering: How Do I Get My Ex Boyfriend Back?

Jealousy and infidelity is a painful experience to be a part of. But nevertheless, such events can not put a stop for the good experiences we have in front of us. What has happened has happened, let the future control your life and don’t get stuck in the past. Remember that the road is always moving forwards.

But never try stopping your boyfriend talking to or socialise with other girls. This can only be perceived negatively and tear down the trust and friendship in your relationship. If you have found the right one, then you are the one that he loves regardlessly. You are the one that means something to him.

If you are struggling with jealousy, you can seek professional help. There are therapists, psychologists that have broad experience dealing with jealousy. There are also many good books and courses out there, that should be read by both of you, either if you are jealous or not. It’s just so much you have not thought of before, that can enrich your relationship significantly.

If he is flirting and communicate well with other women, what’s the harm in that? You can quietly observe that other women have the same taste as you. You know that in his eyes you are the girl with a capital G, and the queen he has chosen.
