I still love my ex.. And he kind of hates me at the moment i wanna try and fix it because i want him back?
What should i do too try and show him i changed? he wont talk to me so how do i do it?

You really can’t prove to him you have changed through anything but your actions. Be a better person and he will see that but don’t try to be something your not and don’t try to manipulate him. Being fake or engaging in manipulation always ends badly.

Give it some time, then move on. If the relationship ended because you cheated on him, then its most likely over. If you did cheat on him and you get back together, make sure you talk about it and have it in the open or it will ruin your relationship later. Even though we may not want to give up our relationship because of love and the time invested, it may be better to reevaluate yourself, him, and the relationship and make sure that you still want it.
