Ex-Girlfriend Revenge Legality Question?
Of course, we all want our revenge after they lead us on for four years, just to break up with us and head to a different guy within a week…
Here is the deal:
We were chatting on ichat one day and she started masterbating…I went to quicktime screen record and ended up recording. Is there a legal way to get revenge?
- Obviously posting this online is illegal, but what if I send a copy of it to her through email? I don’t know…let me know your suggestions please

age would play a factor, if shes under 18 its distribution of child pornography.. also, if you publish it online, or release it without her permission its also illegal. Also I’m pretty sure you have to have her permission just to record it if it shows her face at all. (hints why a lot of reality shows will blur out peoples faces)
if you send it just to her then it will not violate any law because she was an involved party. but due to the fact that there is implied privacy at her house, you can not send it to anyone else.
