My ex husband lives in a house with a toddler. A condition of his release from jail says he cannot be around?
My ex husband is being charged with sexually abusing my daughter. A condition of his release from jail is that he not be around anyone under the age of 18. Does that stand if the people he lives with have a child and do not care?

Yes, the conditions still apply. A court order is just that.. .an order.
The fact they don’t care will not be considered.
I am not sure
but your ex needs to have his balls chopped off for molesting your daughter
People like him are scum
Sounds like you picked a winner
you should tip his parole officer or someone in the police force off.
because if he’s done it once, he’ll do it again.
And i’m sure that you do not want that to happen to that poor child!!!
I’m sorry to hear about your daughter!
Yes. A court order is not optional. It’s POSSIBLE he got a variance from the court to have a place to live, but either way, a discreet call should be made to the court to make sure they are aware of the situation.
they may not care but obviously you do. please call his p.o. or the police if you don’t know how to get in touch with him. this is one child you can help.
