   You should follow a few things and make them a habit or it will quickly come back again. It will take at least a week to see some results, treatment is both from the inside and outside:
   Step 1: Wash the back with an anti-bacterial cleanser formulated for the face, such as Cetaphil. Stay away from regular soap.
   Step 2: Stay away from spicy and fatty foods.
   Step 3: Make sure to change your bedsheets regularily
   Step 4: Don’t sit on your back for long hours, and do more exercise
   Step 5: Try to expose your back to the sun as much as you can

   i used to use nuetrogena rapid clear acne eliminating gel or spot gel i think its called. its in a little tube. if i had a pimple or spot i would put it on before bed then the next day, no pimple.

   neutrogena’s body wash has 2% saliylic acid to fight acne. $6-7 @ drugstores.

   it may be embarassing, but don’t let that stop you from wearing strapless dresses+tank tops! it’s not worth it.

   __hon, hear it from a fellow teen that has had acne for 5 yrs, once over-weight, still out of shape, needs braces, and has a heck of an imperfect body. wearing it like battle scars on here hon.

   ever seen those girls out on the beach in binikis that souldn’t be? they don’t care what you think. they don’t care what i think. they only care about what THEY think.

   it’s all about the strut. the ATTITUDE. it’s not your chest size, the number on the scale, or the clear face that gets you through life. it’s your spunk. get some–cause right now you’re just full of insecurities, self-hate, and a bunch of other crap.

   the zit didn’t kill your night out. or your date. the extra pound didn’t ruin your prom. or the yearbook picture. the same thing that lowered yourself esteem ruined everything: you. your attitude.

   no one barred you from going out w/ a zit. society is complex is like this. but it comes down to whether you’ll let it stop you. whether you’ll stay drowning in that ocean of self-pity and self-disgust.

   i’ll tell you what’s disgusting. not that huge zit. but how shallow we can be sometimes. how society can be sometimes. how we all think we are imperfect and need to correct it. we are imperfect. that’s true. but trying to perfect ourselves–that’s what wrong. i’m not saying to stay obese, or to never wear make up. what i’m saying is that loosing those extra 10 lbs. won’t make you beautiful all of a sudden. clearing that acne doesn’t either. what makes you feel amazing is the sense of accomplishment. finally being content w/ who you are. but most women don’t stop there. got rid of acne. check. okay. how about that freckle? the flat, frizzy hair? how about that huge butt and small bust? the list goes onto infinity!!

   everyone goes through it. you’re never alone. ever. not in this whole wide world! every teen goes through it. should we all just hide in our closets till we pass puberty? never see the sun again till we are finally happy with our weight? how we look? cause you can keep waiting. for prince charming. the trophy husband. but he doesn’t exist. neither does that perfection that you imagine. the perfection that you wish would look back at you when you looked into the mirror.

   don’t let it hurt you. ever. not for a second more. cause it does kill. it does hurt. don’t doubt it. i know cause i’ve been through it. still recovering. don’t let that happen to you.

   Hi, I am a DIY person so I am always looking for homemade stuff instead of buying.

   As a teenager I had acne. Like you never heard that .I waited to grow past teen-age years to get rid of acne. I learned it was caused by hormonal imbalances natural at that age.

   I looked into the matter and I found out many natural home remedies for acne. Most of them will help your skin heal from the damage caused by your acne, but they won’t cure the acne.

   But I didn’t give up. One theory that made sense to me is that you need to treat the internal problem causing acne. That is – hormonal imbalances, toxines etc..

   How can you do that? – Primarily you must help the liver, the pancreas and the kidney.

   I am currently using "Apple Cider Vinegar" which is a natural cure for acne.

   Apple Cider Vinegar is an effective natural agent that cures acne by killing the bacteria and balancing our skin’s pH level (which is a measure of acidity). It also absorbs excessive oil from our skin, which is a leading cause of acne.

   In the spring I will take a Dandelion cure.

   Dandelion shuns wet places, it has two outstanding qualities: it is useful in disorders of the liver and of the gallbladder.
   Dandelion and Stinging Nettle have a blood purifying effect. They aide the functions of the liver and the pancreas, thus reducing the hormonal imbalances in the body.

   Infusion: 1 heaped tablespoon of roots is soaked in cold water overnight, brought to the boil and strained next day. This amount is apportionately sipped, half an hour before and half an hour after breakfast.

   I also recommend a Nettle cure as an acne remedy.

   - Wear gloves when handling fresh nettle plants.
   - Remove leaves from stems and discard stems.
   - Fill a teapot full of nettle leaves
   - Pour boiling water over the leaves.
   - Steep for 5 minutes.
   - Add honey and/or lemon if desired and drink.

   The tea will be somewhat bitter. However, it is quite nutritious an especially high in calcium.

   Other quick homemade acne treatments I found to keep your skin clean:

   1. Garlic is an excellent treatment for acne, in case you did not know. Just rub with a garlic clove cut in two over the acne, or cut into slivers a garlic clove and apply over acne with a plaster, leaving overnight to act;

   2. Onion is a good apprentice in the fight against acne and its traces when it disappears. Make a puree with the blender and apply it as a facial mask once a week;

   3. Lemon juice applied to skin helps to close pores, and to increase the brightness of skin;

   4. Baking soda mixed with vegetal soap (preferably soap made only from olive oil or vegetable oil) is the best antibacterial scrub the skin;

   5. Mixture of fine sea salt to whites of an egg is very good for sensitive skin attacked by acne. Apply as a mask and remove easily with circular movements;

   6. Honey can be applied as a mask for acne skin;

   7. Vinegar is a good tonic antiseptic for acne, acting very gentle if you mix in equal proportion with water or green tea;

   8. Yogurt is very effective and safe for skin prone to acne. Apply directly from the jar, let it react 5-10 minutes, then rinse;

   9. Cut a gauze circle about the size of the face, soak it in fresh made green tea (very hot but not boiling) and apply on face. Let dry and remove carefully;

   10. Herbs such as echinacea, rosemary, dill and parsley are great for teas and infusions wich purify the skin.
