What is the deal behind “guaranteed credit” vehicle loans?
I have pretty crappy credit compliments of my ex-husband. I’m in need of a vehicle and do not have a co-signer to help with getting a loan. Does anyone know what the deal is behind the guaranteed credit loans at dealerships?

it’s a gimmic for you to go into there lot and look at cars….. They will check your credit and if u have bad credit they will tell you home much you have to put down to buy a car. and ask if you have someone that will co-sign but your interrest rate will skyrock to have money down on it…… in your case you would have to put money down on a vechicle….. It’s basiclly the same thing as every other dealership you go to but the sign grabs your attention n makes ya stop……
they usually need a large down and then they jack up the interest.
Yeah, they will give you a loan with about 50% down, and 30% interest. That way, when they repo the car, it’s already half paid off, and they can turn around and sell it again.
