		<description>When you go to sleep on a normal day your brain just processes what has happened on that day... When something big and traumatic happens its too big for the brain to process and because of that it can&#039;t get properly processed. This is a form of flashbacks &lt;they can happen in all sorts of ways: through dreams, if say you&#039;re doing something and what ever it is will just spark a memory and sort of replay itself... and because it hasn&#039;t been properly processed its still very real in the mind&gt;....
I had the exact same problem after I was raped, and if you don&#039;t seek professional help then it will continue to snow ball up and just get bigger and bigger and worse and worse. Talking to a counselor will help you process each piece of that snowball... I hope this helps :)</description>
