How to show your ex girlfriend you have change?
I did many things that I regret and so did she. That is why we broke up not going to any details.. But we were on the phone last night for the first time in awhile and it was like us being ourselves and laughing etc… I asked her at the end of the conversation if she would take me back, she said If I show her a changed man she will. So how do I show it to her? I know I have change..Just don’t know how to show it.

SHOW HER! if you were not trustworthy do things constantly to build trust this is KEY.
If you lied, do not lie about anything even small be truthful. basically be opposite of how you were (flaw wise) be patient and make her laugh be there for her, just SHOW HER. dont analyze it
well u need to just think about what it is u have changed like for instance if you never called her or anything then you should call her and let her know u love her and that u are their for her, but don’t ring her everyday saying i love you, you should phone her like once or Twice every 2-3days and
you called always get her a gift or something nice to show her you love her and that you miss her and then just be yourself and she should see how much you’ve changed and that your a grate guy so she should give you another chance
