how to cope with mutual break up?
i was wondering what is the best way to cope with mutual break up? basically, i was in a relationship for 7 months , but things didnt work out. we both still love eachother but doesnt have time for me due to family issues. what do you think i should do? its my first love , so its really hard for me to think straight. i feel like she is the only one for me even though there is a lot out there.

If things didn’t work out and you decided to break up already, let it be for a while. This might be torturing since the breakup might be in its initial stage where you are still hurt from the lost of the love and warm feeling etc.
Try seperation for a while and during this while you will come to have an answer for your own question. Time will tell if you really need her back against all family issues or you can live without her.
Don’t jump back into getting back together yet. At the time of breaking up, there must be reasons. Give yourself and her some time. Seperation will tell you how your heart feels.
That is so sad. Especially when you feel like she is the only one for you.
Take it one day at a time. It’s a slow process.
May be u can just give each other a break….u both noe dat u luv each other, so y not wait n watch…..if u can stay without each other for long n not miss each other, den may be u wr not d 1s for each other n gud dat u ended it but if u cant den probably it will make ur relationship better…..u wud luv spending more time together n other issues will take a backseat!! gud luck!
I’ve been in exactly this situation before. I split up with a boyfriend because of family responsibilities that became harder to manage. But I still loved him, and he felt the same.
Seriously, don’t necessarily give up hope. Speaking as the one who broke it off – I had just felt a bit overwhelmed and had needed space to sort out my feelings. He gave me that space which I really appreciated, and as a result we ended up together again, as I realised I wanted to be with him.
It sounds like perhaps she just needs some time. And also give her a chance to miss you a little…. I think it’s only when we think we might’ve lost something that we really realise it’s value to us.
Don’t give up yet…
