how do i get over an ex quickly?
we dated for like 4 months and we broke up cause she thought i was cheating on her we have had been arguing over the smallest thing and my anger got the worst of me whilst in the heat of the argument i punched my laptop and broke it. i wanna get over her fast what can i do cause she really hurt me?

theres no quick fix im afraid. definately break contact with her until you are ready and keep busy with friends/family and it will happen.
It’s not a fast process….it takes time to get over someone you cared about. Honestly there is nothing you can do other than wait it out….sleeping with someone else or even dating someone else wont make your feelings for her go away. So regardless of what you try the feelings will still be there until you give yourself time to get over her.
