That window is only open a little bit right now, but with some time and you earning his trust, he might push it all the way up and let you in. For right now, you're in a good position to win him back. So don't mess it up by being pushy. Guys do NOT like that. I know from experience. I was in a 2-year relationship mired by arguments and petty stuff too. My girl begged and begged for me to take her back, but I decided to keep it at a friend level for 2 more years (that she didn't deserve). She couldn't even do that right. So for some people, it's best to just leave and never look back. Not saying that's what right for you, but it's only been a month. Wait it out and see if it's what you guys really need right now.
