How does a 14 year old get a six pack fast?
I just turned 14 like a month ago, i am 6 feet and weigh around 180, i am in good shape and i am really strong, i lift weights once or twice a week. i play football basketball and baseball, i want a six pack asap, i can sorta see like a 2 pack in the mirror but only in the mirror, how do i get one fast?
btw i dont have any problems with wieght, im in good physical shape

buuut i guess just keep on doing what your doing but add lots of ab exercises before bed? crunches and what-not… =)
Lower your body fat (cardio, hiit) and work your core.
To get a six pack fast you gotta watch what you eat most importantly. Stay away from refined foods like bread, pasta, cookies, crackers, etc. and instead try to focus on stuff like fruits and veggies. Also, make sure to have protein with every meal.
Also, you really can’t spot reduce, so you shouldn’t really waste your time trying to do hundreds of crunches a day or anything. Focus on intense workouts that work your whole body at once. Stuff like squats, push ups, pull ups, etc.

Hi im 14 5’2 and weigh 95 lbs. Im am very skinny everywhere except for my stomach. It always sticks out about 2 inches. If i flex as hard as i possibly can it goes in but i still cant even see my abs. I eat about 70 grams of protein everyday with >10 grams of fat. I also do ab exercises everyday. Any help would be appreciated.
Safe im 14 im around 5\\\’3 average build except in the shoulders, upper back and lower legs and forearms. My Biceps are not massive but there not small my chest is also starting to develop into some pecks :L but no matter how many situps i do after drinking muscle growth stuff i just cant get a six pack through but after ive done so many situps i can see it while laying down then it vanishes :L someone tell us what to doo Thanks
