Okay I’m going to tell you the truth here. You can’t "make" your hair grow fast, it just grows at a steady rate of about a half inch every month. That’s it. Now whether or not its growth is healthy is really up to you.
For one, trims don’t help hair grow faster. You’re essentially eliminating the hair growth, and the hair grows to replace what you trimmed, giving you the *illusion* of hair growth. Trust me! If I trimmed my hair on a regular basis, it would never grow.
You need to care for your hair properly. Here’s some advice:
1. Eat healthily, take vitamins, drink LOTS of water, and get sleep.
2. Stop using lots of heat.
3. Wash your hair every other day to help preserve moisture and oils, and reduce dryness.
4. Use an old t-shirt to dry your hair after it’s wet. I know that sounds odd, but the t-shirt won’t absorb all the moisture (such as water and oils) from your hair as much as a towel does, and it won’t cause frizzing either. I’ve been doing this for a week now and can already see the difference. As a result, your hair will be shinier and softer.
5. Use hair products minimally, and make sure they are of natural ingredients, or as much as possible. Stop using the cheap stuff from the store which have added dyes, drying alcohols, and leave your hair crunchy and sticky.
6. The reason why you get split ends is because your hair is damaged. Not only should you avoid using heat, but limit dying, chemical processing, tying it back tightly, or using damaging accessories. Did you know that when you pull your hair back in a ponytail EVERY SINGLE DAY, you’re putting stress on your hair in the same spot all the time? In a few months, those areas become split ends.
7. To help with #6, if your hair is long, braid it before going to bed and by the time you wake up, half of the braid should still be intact.
8. Consider getting hair treatment products which are designed to put proteins and moisture back into your hair. Do this once or twice a month will do wonders on the texture and softness.
Hope this helped
Well for one try using Mane N’ Tail Horse Shampoo. I use it all the
time and it makes your hair grow faster. I;d say massage it into
your scalp b/c thats going to help the roots if you just put it on
the ends, it not going to do anything to it. You can find it at
walmart in the pet section. also you should drink plenty of water
to condition your hair and when shampooing and conditioning you should
use cold or luke warm water on your hair so it won’t damage it.
Even hot water hurts your hair.

Massaging your scalp vigorously with your fingers promotes hair growth. Try http://usefulinfo-hairgrow.blogspot.com/ for more details.
