When judge ordered him to take her,h e could be charged with contempt of court. I'm more concerned that he might brow beat her to point where she is afraid to tell the truth in the hearing.

Does he usually have custody of her? I am surprised court would not interview your other child and wouldn't the school people testify for you? Could subpoena them and they have to come, but can't make them say anything if they don't choose to. I didn't realize Children's Services were such wimps and didn't investigate any more than that.

Have you thought of asking the court to appoint a guardian ad litem to represent the interests of the child in this dispute. That person could talk to the child and then take action to represent the child and not in your interest or father's interest. However, could rule against you or for you, depending what they thought was best for the child. Might be able to get to talk to her though.

Good luck to you.

The judge ordered him to bring her. If he fails, he is in contempt of court & can be jailed.
