Best way to get rid of spots on back?
I just recently got over swine flu and it left bumps on my back that scarred. Is their a regimen to get rid of them by summer?

exfoliate your back with a bath brush (scrubbing brush with long handle) to get rid of the bumps

Mederma or any cream that fade’s darker spots.
Bri,your best bet in accomplishing this is to use some Dial antibacterial soap on your back and use a scrub brush as well.Hope this will help you out and am happy that you are over the flu.Tomb Raider.
You should get a scrub brush (really need one)
as it helps reach your back and really scrubs!
and i would also recommend getting (axe shower gel) from your local supermarket
and have a bath everyday for a week straight.
