These window motors are complicated and sometimes require special tools. Can you hear the motor when you press the switch. If so...it may be the regulator not the motor. If you can't hear the motor. It may be the switch. Try using the drivers switch and the door switch seperatly. These problems happen and only a conceindence that it happened then. Most garages are busy enough they don't need to set you up to make money. Besides that would create a lot of unwanted hassles between customers. The problem is in the design. Costly and complicated equal big dollars for mechanics. 2.5 hr per door for window repairs. OUCH! Don’t mess with it!!. These window motors are complicated and sometimes require special tools.
