Getting your ex-girlfriend back?
I got dumped a month ago, a couple of days of pleading now and then failed completely, and now we’re barely on speaking terms. I’m trying to recover but it’s taking a lot longer than I expected.
There are all these articles and ebooks and programs online from ‘dating coaches’ that claim to give you advice or even training on how to get your ex back, are any of them for real?

They’re your ex for a reason. You got dumped. Accept it loser
Why do you want her back and why did she dump you? If she doesn’t want to be with you, there’s no way to get her back, she just doesn’t want to be with you. Really think about why she dumped you and look at it from her perspective, why would she want to take you back? Now, why do you want her back? Cause she’s the perfect person for you, pride, you’ve been together for a long time?
Bottom line you’ve got a few options. Let it be what it is and let her go. Try to make a friendship work or at least open a line of communication until you get closure. Keep putting yourself through all this stress in desperately trying to get her back. Good luck.
The best thing to do at this point is cry over it and try to move on. You can not make somebody love you. All that you can do is treat them right and hope that they do the same. So please have some dignity, my man, and leave this girl alone. And do remember that if you ever take her back, she probably will play you again.
