How do you know when your ex-boyfriend wants you back?

we broke up 3 months ago. Together for 2yrs.
He constatly stares at me,
Everyone i talk to notices it.
He acts nerves and werid around me.
Sometimes smile when im talking.
BUT! he doesnt talk to me, or even txt me.. he’l make lovey status’s. like to make me jelouse or something.. ahh.. idk.
