How do i make a bootable cd to load operating system on another computer?
Im a novice computer user first of all 
But I have a computer that I want to format and then put an operating system on it. I have an iso file for the operating system and Im using the magic iso creator. Im guessing I have to make a bootable cd since the other computer wont have anything on it after I format it. How do i do this? Is this possible? Also how do I format the other computer?

To format the drive is easy. Once you make the computer boot from the CD (make sure your BIOS settings are set to boot from CD first), the setup program will inspect the computer, then start loading setup files in a blue screen. Once that is finished, you will eventually be directed to a screen where it will ask you what disc and partition you want to install windows on. Once you do that, it will give you the option of leaving the file structure intact (no changes) or format the partition in either FAT32 or NTFS file structure.
Make sure you choose NTFS if you want XP to run at it’s finest. From there you just need to wait and follow the on screen instructions carefully. If you do, you’ll be fine.
