Need to know what forms need to be filled out to get foreign wife into the United States?
She is from the Phillipines and will be married there if this helps anyone.

Basically, you need to file an I-130 immigrant petition for her as soon as possible. it does take quite a while to simply process the petition. you can also file an I-129f K-3 petition. although it uses the same form as the K-1 fiance petition, it isn’t for fiances. It’s a nonimmigrant visa for spouses of US citizens to be used while waiting for the immigrant petition to be processed. lately those are being processed faster. but since she comes in on a nonimmigrant visa, she’ll have to adjust status later in the US to get a green card. that can take quite a while and there’s a $1,000 filing fee for the I-485 adjustment of status form. and, you do have to file the I-130 in order to file the I-129f.

go to uscis.com and you get all the information on the site but you will need to decide if you are going to file for conditional resident or fiance visa fiance may be couple of months faster but the conditional resident will save you a lot of money we went through it 4 years ago an c r 1 took us 15 months good luck also time will depend on country she is from
