Oblivion Making A Mage Tips?
Ok i want to make a mage i’ve tried before and heres my summy so far: i made a high elf LOTS of magic at start but it says i take worse damage then other races and after the sewers i went to the runins across the lake and i fought a dark elf and if im right i believe they have a high resistence to fire but i don’t know where to get a ice or lightning spell and i used the sign of the mage and the class mage now i need some tips i want to know what race sign and should i make my own and if so can you give me like the favored skills and major skills and then can you give me tips how to be a powerful mage on there like what to do to lvl me up and then where to go to get new spells stuff like that because i got the kaj’it and made it into a theif like char but screwed up on his skills so now he hits hard but is weak as in cant take a hit while my friend who made a lizard and theif like char can kill 10 guards at once no sweat at lvl 7 so if anyone knows what they are doing help would benice

major skills:alchemy(easiest to level up),destruction(hardest),mysticism,illusion,athletics,alteration,conjuration
for money there are three places i go to odils farm(close to weynon prior),skingrad vineyards(in front of the entrance to skingrad there are two sets),and the tomato field (also by skingrad towards the side)(best of all they grow back in 3-5days)pick all the items and start making restore potions and sell them.my wizard has a bunch of hp thats why he can take a fight.so as you level up try to increase endurance as much as possible.
I started training as soon as you deliver the amulet(in weynon prior).there you have the best things to train.there is a dark elf named broner outside that walks up and down also has a crown so he can’t die and best of all he doesn’t fight back so you can upgrade destruction on him and weapons if you want.but be careful if the monks see you hit him they will attack you. you can kill them and you won’t get a bounty.also just equip any armor and attack the horse and they will attack you so you can increase in light or heavy make sure to have hammers and healing potions.need anything else just e mail me iv beten the game and maxed out my wizard player at lvl 51
