How Do I Get Super Skinny Super Fast? I Need To Get Skinny NOW!
Please someone give me ideas I need to get skinny fast. Like over a period of a week or two. I cant go to weight watchers or get the ordered meals. I need to get skinny I don’t care if its unhealthy. I’m not gonna get a eating disorder and yes I’m willing to take the risk – slim is fine, I don’t care. Its just that I’m 5′ 3 and weigh 130 pounds. I’m over-weight and need to lose it. I’m thinking maybe 95 pounds. All I need to lose is fat on my stomach and thighs and that’s it…

try not eating and over excercising…..that should do the trick…..u can be bald on the head, hairy with lanugo everywhere else, and always be cold, tired and not concentrated. You will smell too….cary a toothbrush around.
you shouldnt care about this kind of stuff. most people who just want to be skinny end up in the hospital. but if its an emergency, it would help to put down the reason.
It takes a while to lose weight, but if you eat a Special K bar every day for a couple weeks you’ll lose about 10 pounds.
First, you don’t actually have to go to weight watchers to do weight watchers. Second, even doing weight watchers you wouldnt get super skinny super fast. Third, skinny is gross, slim is not. Fourth, why do you think you NEED to get super skinny NOW?
You have bigger issues than how much you weigh, lke the fact that you are not happy with yourself. Getting skinny will not make you like yourself any better and you are probably setting yourself up to get an eating disorder
If getting skinny is worth more to you than your heath than my suggestion to you is to ask yourself "Is it really worth hurting myself to look skinny?"Oh also skinny doesn’t always mean sexy.
You may not care that it’s unhealthy now, but you will when you’re dead or in the hospital. And it’s not all about being ‘skinny’ it’s better to be healthy. Cut back on the sugars and sweets and burn more calories than you take in and you will be seeing results soon. But please don’t try to do it the unhealthy way. You are only going to hurt yourself. There is NO way to lose weight safely or fast. If you starved yourself for example, as soon as you start eating again…you will gain it all back very quickly.
Cut back severely on your calories and walk every day!!!!! exercise exercise exercise.

Okay,if you want to become super-skinny,there are three options. One:you can starve,which is not good you will slowly kill yourself,and if you go back to eating and eat JUNK food,and fattening foods,of course you’ll gain weight back,either way you can end up in the hospital,and will have to gain the weight back,or if no one cares or notices you will DIE.
Second option:(most people like this one better) you can undereat like 700 cals or 1000,this you can stick with you will lose weight,and your body will get used to eating small,and you’ll become like those naturally skinny people,downside,even though you are eating,you get the SAME effects of starving and it hurts, insomnia,you can feel your bones crack,when you bend,and you will lose weight in you unimportant parts first:back,hands,neck,collarbone,some of your cheeks,your knees,elbows,feet. You can eventually die,it just takes longer.
Plus you’ll end up very sick,and so bony you can’t look hot. Third best option: find out your bmr, for multipe sites make an average,and eat that amount of calories,eat more healthy foods,whole grains,low-sugar fruits,things with low fat,sugar,salt. Organic non processed foods. Read the labels,and serving sizes,exercise,make up a routine to work all parts of your body,then do some aerobics,interval training. And do calorie cycling so your body won’t get used to eating like this also.
To mix it up. Since your body gets used to exercise also increase the amount of exercise you do, each week. And you’ll lose a pound a day. Okay so for me i gotta lose 62 lbs. So two months. I’ve realised even if you starve you’re not gonna lose all the weight in a week,no matter how much exercise you do,you’d die.
So stick to it,and you will have no joy in food,then you’ll focus on fixng your life,so when the period is over. You super-skinny,eating healthy,and exercising. Now the last part. Go to google,and type in maintain weight,and figure how to do that. You will lose weight fast as soon as you start eating well. Remember you know whats good for you
look through magazines and find the slim clebrites, put them up on ur fridge.. now go through your coabord and fridge and throw out all your food… put cold water in frige,, heaps of it.. time to starv yourself, keep yourself buisy so u wont think about food. if one day u really feel hungry, have a fat free soup. but thats it.. u can do it. the weight will fly off and u will be in hot pants and think tummy to reveal in no time

Most people don’t realize how much food they eat, and also eating when they don’t really need to, like when bored. Stay away from sugary and salty foods, and alcohol. Spend a little time doing physical activity, no matter what kind, for at least twenty minutes. That can include taking a walk, run, playing a game of baseball with your friends. ALl physical activity contributes. Next time you feel like a snack, eat an apple. Next time you fell like sitting down and watching tv, take your dog for a walk or go play on the park.
Well wwat im doing is eating less and i do cross country. so in the mornin i have a slice of bread(no butter) and water. and then i eat a sandwich&fruiit for lunch. but make sure u have a lot of water..like thro out the day. the more water the less hungry ull b. n then for dinner i eat a pretty small portion of the food or not eat anything. ull see results fast. its my 4th day of it and ive already lost weight. but stay strong&puttin pictures and stuff up helps…a lot! and writing yer goals n the clothes u can fit in once yer dne and positive stuff is always good. Oh hun, please don’t get skinny! I’m sure you look fine right now, not everyone needs to be skinny. I, am actually underweight. I weigh 68 pounds, and I am in middle school. (Grade not mentioned) So please don’t think you need to loose “95 pounds” in some months. Stay healthy!
hey im in middle school, 5’2 and weigh 142 lbs. i feel ur pain girl. im in the same boat and im so sick of the freaking idiots who r like “oh be happy with urself” bla bla bla. guess wat!! they’re probly super skinny!!!!! anyways the more water u drink, the less toxins and bad materials will be in your body. now there’s no magic solution, but here’s what u gotta do.
1. DRINK WATER
2. eat 5-6 SMALL meals a day
3. when snacking throughout the day, always keep a baggie of fruits or veggies handy
4. keep yourself busy! i eat when im bored. i also suffer from depression, and i eat when i feel lonely which is A LOT. so i keep myself busy. i know sometimes we’re lazy (hey, we’re only human!) but sitting on the couch is a lot better than stuffing your face. so watch tv, but dont eat while you’re doing it.
5. get support from actual friends. not the skinny little chicks that r like “oh ur so skinny!!!” 5 seconds later behind your back “omg she’s such a fatty hahaha!!!…” etc. i hate those ppl.
6. have a rough idea of what you’ll eat for the next week. make sure u have it in the house.
7. have a “trash it” day. throw out all the junk food in your house

all i was gonna say is i feel the same way about my bodey and all you need to do is the soup diet cause ita water substance if you eat 1 small portian of veg soup a day it flushes right out of you and the key to eveything is to exasise you dont loose weight if you sit on your ass all day move a round and you will shake the pounds off quickly im a 15 yr old girl and this is gonna be my new diet plan you will loose weight really quickly and verry fast you will be 85 pound befor you bo it ill say bout 3 weeks and you will be there just have to stick at it its herd but you can do if you really want it xx <3
a good way to lose weight is by drinking water since most of your body is made of water ive tried this and i drank water for a week and i lost 3 Lbs its not alot but you’re still losing wieght
