Should I tell parents I’m back together with an ex…and if so, how?
After a temporary separation, my ex-gf felt we both missed each other too much to remain seperated, so we got back together. Currently, we date and hang out behind my parents’ backs. My parents were "ok" with her before the breakup, but after she appeared to "leave" me, they were against me even talking to her. They were against dating to begin with (they are the type that believe dating would distract a person from their studies, even though i dont believe thats the case with me). To make things worse, recently they nearly caught me with her, but I lied about it and got away. I was hoping to tell them before that, but now i think its too late. However, my gf doesnt want to see me at the cost of me lying to my parents. But telling my parents would almost guarantee a breakup because my parents would force it. WHAT SHOULD I DO??? I love my parents, but i also love this girl..i dont know what to do!

I’m assuming you are in jr high or high school. the best thing to do is always e honest. If you lie about it and see her behind their backs, thats gives them another reason to disaprove
If your parents truly love you they wouldn’t force their opinion on you, and they’d want to see you happy, even if that means being with someone they don’t approve of. Maybe you should tell them that it’s your life and you’d appreciate it if they supported you, even if they believe you’re making a mistake. It’s your mistake to make. Good for you for giving her a second chance.
uh, How old are you? … Sounds like your parents are just lookin’ out for thier kid(you) and dont want to see you hurt by her. Maybe explain to them that you’ve been "talking" again and see how they react… And if you really want to be in a relationship with this girl, then see what it is they want to see happen? idk. hope this helps.
Parents want the best for their children and do not want to see any person hurt them. Your parents are under the impression that your gf hurt you and thus should be "surgically removed". They are right in a way to imply that relationships at an early age can distract people from studies. If you can assure your parents that she would not hurt you any further or affect your studies, I believe they will not create a fuss.

if you are still in school which i assure that you are,then your
parents may have a good point if this is messing up your
education. but if you want to be trust with this time to let
your parents know that you are dating again. if not then
they may be right about what going on.
Your girlfriend sounds like a good person. Be honest with your parents. If they will not accept her, it sounds like you have no other choice than to sneak around behind their back. It sounds like your parents need to grow up.
