What Do You Do When your man borrows money from his ex-wife?
my man of 3yrs borrows money from his ex-wife. Ok…his ex-wife takes him to court for back child support that he does NOT owe the court system in the US does not favor fathers and he is an excellent father, however the ex still..in my opinion has control over him. The balance is let’s say 500.00. She agrees to meet him and give him the money to pay it. Should I con’t a relationship with him. She’s always doing something for attn.She keeps up drama and bulls—- all the time. What Can I or Should I do?

ummmmmm the x wife takes him back to court for back child support that he doesnt owe.. he owes 500.00 and she agrees to meet him and give him 500.00 to pay his child support , to her…so basically she paid her own child support???
Ok i dont look at this as a loan, if she knows that he doesnt owe her money even though the courts say he does she could of very well said heres the solution to the problem heres 500.00 (money he basically already gave her but for whatever reason wasnt recorded by the c/s office) she says send this in, they will see it as u paid your c/s the matter is cleared up and all is well in the world now.. i dont see it as she made him a loan , i see it as she basically just gave him money he already paid in back so that he can have it credited to his account to fix the problem.. and it doesnt sound to me that "SHE" took him back to court.. if she’s going through child support enforcement , every 3 years they do a hearing to see where the finances of both parties stand, if it needs to be raised, if it needs to be lowered etc and really they (the parties) cant do much about it , its the states issue.. and if he showed an arrearage , and they both know its not a true arrearage, then they probably figured this was the easiest way to solve it with out having to go through the trouble of getting lawyers and having to go through an audit.. so i actually dont see anything wrong with this situation and i think because of your lack of knowledge about how the system works and your pure jealousy of the x wife your being petty.. and i think u should leave cause ur not ready to handle this type of relationship at all and if u keep being petty and immature he’ll only dump u eventually anyways when he figures out that u’ll never change..
sorry to hear, that is all bull… sounds like she does it for control. Maybe you can talk to your husband, and tell him to get the child support paid up, and forget her.
Life is too short for that nonsense. Run fast and don’t look back because if you stay I fore see bigger problems if you marry this wuss and end up with years of unhappiness. Get out while you have your freedom intact! Go to any restaurant and look at couples happily dining alone being quietly romantic. Doesn’t this scene sound better than the drama of ex wives that don’t have a life? Do you want to have "romantic" dinners of TV while he sits there having a beer and you slaving over a hot stove? Think about it while you are young and unmarried. Nothing wrong with cooking meals for my husband, but we had our honeymoon and still make some more because our kids are grown up and I admit it is nice to have him to myself. I love having the kids as guests and being grandma because I can enjoy them and later they go home. So don’t skip those dates, engagements,wedding planning, honeymooning, and anticipating planning your own family. Hope this helps a nice young lady like you to avoid a mistake.
