how can i love and trust my husband again?
i always told my husband i dont want people in our bedroom.. well against all i felt, we ended up with a married couple in our bed… the deal was,,, they are my friends and there will be no touching at all.. this is something i just needed to do to get him off my back… well… he touched her.. the hole time… i feel like i have been violated, and feel like i cant even look at him… he cant even handle me in bed, how could he possibly handle someone else in bed at the same time.. any help i would love.. i want to make this work with him, and how do i get him to see the real picture of something so serious that i do or dont want to happen,.. its like i have to prove everything, even if it means i get hurt in the end.. PLEASE HELP
IT WAS NOT like i said you cant touch.. these rules were made before anythign happened… they were just gonna be in the room at the same time.. and it was gonna just be a new one time thing.. it was when he moved me to be by her, that i had a problem… we were not supposed to be in touching range

Not trying to be mean or something but why in the world was there another couple in your bed with you and your husband? thast just wierd….but the best thing to do is to just talk to your husband about it and be honest…
Well,,,I’m sorry to say that you got what you asked for when you invited another couple in your bed….That was a foolish thing to do if you couldn’t handle him messing around with her….Isn’t that what the invite was all about???????????
sweety u got yrself into trouble…and now be not so jealous and have a honest one with him…at times mes do like sex with a stranger kind of notion a lot…so it will take some effort…to make it work if you keep fretting abt him enjoying the other woman…
sorry have no easy answer for you. putting a naked female in front of your husband and saying "don’t touch" is like putting a kid in a candy store and telling them they can’t have any. Never should have did the whole Garden of Eden thing girl…..y’all tempted the snake and the snake won.
U have to ensure what he did to the other woman was not during sleep taking her to be u. If it is so, his act is excusable. Otherwise u cannot rely on him.
You have two options…
Get over it..
Get a divorce…
I don’t believe you will have to do it again…
If you can’t get over it then do not stay married to him…
It will destroy you and him both if you carry it around with you..
should have never let that happen , with other couple in your bed, been there done that, it just causes problems. Its not worth it.

One you should have re-evaluated your options. You basically let an outside force into you sworn covenant with GOD. You cant be mad at the results. Its like me letting a 3x child molester in my home with my children and asking him not to molest my kids.
Married men have fantasies like that all of the time. But if you love, respect and honor your woman or guy, you would never pressure them or even talk about bringing strangers into your sex life. Thas nasty and wrong. I hate to be penis head but you did this to yourself now you have to deal with the consequences..
my sister is into the couple swapping thing ,never do that sort of thing with your friend s theres swapping mags out there and swinger clubs with strange couples to avoid all those issues.

At what point do you say "Look – for me marriage is these things – no one else in the bed, no screwing other people, no gruesome infections from banging the neighbors, etc." You shouldn’t have to compromise those principles. If he has no principles then it says a lot about your taste in men.
On another level, you admit to a long-standing sexual dysfunction between the 2 of you – "he can’t even handle me." You had better sit down and list in detail what each of you wants out of the marriage, sexually and otherwise. Keep it to the top 8 or 10 things. Disagreements on those huge ideas could spell disaster.
It sounds like you are almost completely incompatible sexually and that isn’t going to change which will be constant friction or grounds for divorce.
