If she dumped you it's pretty obvious she was ready to move on. If she's telling you about how she feels about her relationship with the guy it sounds like she feels comfortable telling you about moving on from you (which means there's basically no going back), because if i was trying to get back with someone, the last thing I would be doing is rubbing in their face that I had moved on from them and talk about my new relationship with them. Take her as "playing hard to get" as her not wanting it. Leave it and move on. It sounds like you should just move on and find someone new.
