How do I cope with a break up?
I am 36 and my girlfriend just left and started dating her ex boyfriend with no warning. She was 22 and said that she needed to experience life we were together for 3 years and I gave her everything and more. She kissed me one afternoon and I never saw her at my home again till she picked up some belongings. I have never hurt like this before she is never coming back is there an answer is their help

There are a lot of girls out there just waiting to hurt great guys like you. You were just her sugar daddy until she found someone else. I know this hurts and it is a relationship that will remain in your heart and mind for a long time to come but think about it this way, it happened , it hurt, and let it go as a lesson learned. Next time choose your girlfriend that is closer in age to you and one that is mature enough to know the meaning of caring for a person and the meaning of love. Now that this has happened you will be able to tell the difference. I know that you are hurting right now. Give yourself some time and things will get better. I would suggest that if she ever tries to come back to you that you don’t take her back. If you do, the same thing will happen again. Good luck to you. Take heart, you will heal and things will get better for you. You will find a woman that loves you for who you really are and that love will last you a lifetime.
